REFUND POLICY
Due to Covid-19 Global Pandemic, Beatitudes Hair Co. isn't accepting Returns. Only Exchanges are acceptable of unused and originally labeled Hair Products, Lashes, or Accessories.
If you received your order and want to make a change, please email us at BeatitudesHairCo@gmail.com. Fill out the product exchange form and return the item you wish to exchange in the same condition as you received it (in it's original packaging). When shipping back your product, please include your order number and the details of the exchange. We strongly recommend you include insurance in case of any carrier issues. This processing timeframe is subject to change due to sales or holidays.
Please review our shipping methods to receive an estimated timeframe of the delivery of your package. We are committed to providing you the best of the best! This commitment is not just for our products but our process as well.
Your order will be processed and shipped within 2-5 days of payment unless you purchase during a sale, then the processing time is 7 to10 business days. We only ship Monday through Friday, our standard shipping will take 3-5 business days to deliver on the East Coast and 2-5 days on the West Coast via FedEx unless you have a P.O Box. During major sales, our shipping time is 7 to 10 business days for delivery. We recommend making your hair appointment with these time frames in mind. No shipping on weekends and Holidays.
